You’re a gregarious and outgoing person who loves to help people! You care about the planet and are enthusiastic about sustainability. You have a passion for fashion and merchandising, you like to take photos and have a good eye for color. Available to work weekends and some weekdays
Flipside Hats, and our sister company Hats for Healing is a family company devoted to creating hats and accessories ethically and sustainably, right here in the USA. Work with an amazing team of people in our showroom and design studio in Portland, OR.
- Retail customer service
- Social media management
- Customer care via phone and computer
- Merchandising, displays, and stocking
- Other duties as assigned
- Customer service skills
- Good time management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficient including POS and Apple software
- Professional attitude and ability to receive constructive feedback
- Experience with retail and social media management
- Ability to stand, crouch, kneel, climb a ladder and lift up to 40 lbs
Part time 20-25 hours a week starting, potential for full time based on experience.
