We use UPS and USPS. We offer UPS carbon neutral shipping to help offset the potential environmental impacts of traditional shipping.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Standard shipments to the contiguous United States are FREE for orders over $50.00 USD or a $2.00 fixed rate. The standard shipments are sent using United States Postal Service First Class mail for a few hats or for more we use Priority Mail Service. This takes an estimated 2-3 days in transit.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange it for you! Of course, your item to be exchanged must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered. Call us or email us for a Return Authorization # to insure your return is processed quickly to get your new hat on its way to you!
Please let us know about any discrepancies or damages within 5 days of receiving your order. Return requests after 30 days of receiving your order will likely be declined.

Now that you've gotten your RA# and are sending in your exchange, tell us what item you would rather have. Give us either the NAME or STYLE NUMBER of the item, including size if applicable. If the item is unavailable or there is a difference in price of the requested new item, a store credit in the amount of the exchanged item will be issued to you for use on our website or in store.
