If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange it for you. Of course, your item to be exchanged must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered. Call us or email us for a Return Authorization # to ensure your return is processed quickly to get your new hat on its way to you!

Please let us know about any discrepancies or damages within 5 days of receiving your order. Return requests after 30 days of receiving your order will likely be declined.

Now that you've gotten your RA# and are sending in your exchange, tell us what item you would rather have. Give us either the NAME or STYLE NUMBER of the item, including size if applicable. If the item is unavailable or there is a difference in price of the requested new item, a store credit in the amount of the exchanged item will be issued to you for use on our website or in store.
