Shipping or Exchanges Help, and Frequently Asked Questions


Flipside Hats offers free shipping via USPS first class mail for all hats shipping to US addresses only. There is no minimum required.

A notification with tracking information will be sent when your order is ready to ship. We strive to pack and ship your order within two working days. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import taxes or duties. 

We do not provide a refund or replacement for items that have been scanned as delivered by USPS. If your package tracks as delivered, but you have not received it, please inquire with your mail carrier or at your local post office branch.

Estimated delivery time for USPS First Class mail is 3-7 business days to US addresses.

Expedited delivery via USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional fee at checkout. Estimated delivery time for USPS Priority mail is 2-3 business days to US addresses.

Shipments returned to us by USPS due to incorrect/unclaimed/undeliverable address information will be charged a $5.00 fee for re-shipment. 


An email with customs claim reference number will be sent when your order is ready to ship. Parcels are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail and your local national postal service. Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days, but packages may be held by your local customs authority for an additional 10-14 days, depending on the customs laws in your country. Please inquire at your local customs office for further information on the location of your package after it has crossed the U.S. border.

Expedited delivery via USPS Priority Mail (6-10 days), UPS Standard (2-7 days) or UPS or DHL Express (1-2 days) is available for an additional fee at checkout. 


The recipient of any and all goods sold by FLIPSIDEHATS.COM is responsible for any and all Customs fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery.


We ship wholesale orders via UPS carbon neutral shipping to help offset the potential environmental impacts of traditional shipping. When appropriate we ship USPS Priority Mail. We also offer DHL, FEDEX and Common Carrier shipping, please advise your requirements. Unless pre-arranged we charge our cost for shipping wholesale orders. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import taxes or duties. Please contact your account rep for questions.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange it for you! Of course, your item to be exchanged must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered. Call us or email us for a Return Authorization # to insure your return is processed quickly to get your new hat on its way to you!

Please let us know about any discrepancies or damages within 5 days of receiving your order. Return requests after 30 days of receiving your order will likely be declined.

All sale & discounted purchases are final. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Now that you've gotten your RA# and are sending in your exchange, tell us what item you would rather have. Give us either the NAME or STYLE NUMBER of the item, including size if applicable. If the item is unavailable or there is a difference in price of the requested new item, a store credit in the amount of the exchanged item will be issued to you for use on our website or in store.
